Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DIDEngine services to:

• Send or facilitate unsolicited bulk calls, robocalls, or spam campaigns.
• Transmit fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communications.
• Impersonate another person or entity without proper authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of our network.
• Engage in activities that could harm DIDEngine’s reputation or cause regulatory violations.

2. Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including TCPA and FCC rules.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

DIDEngine may monitor usage for compliance and may suspend or terminate services for violations.

4. Reporting Violations

Email abuse@didengine.com to report violations.

5. Updates

This AUP may be updated; changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
